Management Trainee - Program Manager

Job Overview
Management Trainee - Program Managers are responsible to assist the Business Development Manager for the promotion, sales, profitability and marketing of hotels, restaurants, leisure outlets or other promotional programs, as the Management deems commercially viable. The primary responsibility is for the successful management of the program sales room including: - sales team, administration and customer service staff.

Requirements:
  • Successful sales track record
  • Experienced in recruiting & managing staff
  • Ability to communicate fluently
  • Good written & spoken English

Responsibilities:

  • Be effectively able to recruit, train and motivate a team of sales consultants
  • Personally contribute towards the achievement of sales targets and budget
  • Ensure the efficiency and productivity of the program sales staff
  • Manage sales staff and assist in weekly/monthly key performance & development reviews
  • Development of sales strategies and tactics in pursuit of the program goals and budget
  • Assist in other managerial duties

Marketing Executive

Job Overview
Marketing Executive is responsible to maximize profits through developing sales strategies that match customer requirements and by promoting products, services or ideas.

  • Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics

Guest Services Coordinator

Job Overview
Guest Services Coordinator answer telephone calls from guests seeking to make or cancel hotel reservations. They provide guests with access to hotel services, forward in-room requests, listen to guests and help accommodate their requests and ensure that mail, faxes and packages are delivered in a timely manner.

Requirements:
  • Experienced in tourism and hospitality industry
  • Knowledge in housekeeping is an advantage
  • Ability to communicate fluently
  • Good written & spoken English

Responsibilities:

  • Help resolved conflicts with customers
  • Effectively to find the root cause of issues
  • Communicate clearly and in a friendly way to solve the issue and keep the customer happy
  • Deal with confused or irate customers
  • Solve customer issues, sometimes without seeing the actual problem first hand
  • Manage bookings and cancellations
  • Prepares sales reports and submit it to immediate superior
  • Coordinate with cleaners
