My Discovery Club card is a rewards program for members, not only for discounted hotel room rates and merchant privileges but also a unique Reward Point (RP) system that can be redeemed, at any time, for hotel stay or gift certificates Get corporate rates for hotels, discounts for dining at restaurants, golf, shopping and other fabulous offers
It is also a Touch N Go card
My Discovery Club Card is valid for 5 years
Simply send us an email or contact your local Customer Service Centre and ask for a replacement card.
All membership cards are couriered to the address given by the member within fourteen (14) working days (for Malaysia) and between 4 to 6 weeks for overseas from date of purchase. .
You must be a My Discovery Club member in order to create a website account. Click on the Sign-In menu from the homepage. On that page please then click on the Activate Your Online Account link. You will need to provide your membership number, last name and username. You will then receive an email with a temporary password.
Once you’re Signed-In to your account you can update your login information by clicking on the Profile link on the left to change it. If you don’t know or forgot your password and would like to change it, please click on the Forget your password? link on the Sign In page.
How do I cancel my membership? You may cancel your membership by giving notice in writing and by returning the membership card and all certificates within 10 days of receiving the membership pack. Please read the complete Terms and Conditions of membership prior to purchase.
All Hotel room reservations has to be done through us, either by email or contacting our Customer Service Centre at least three (3) working days in advance. The Hotel will not accept direct bookings.
You can cancel or modify an existing reservation made on-line by logging into your My Discovery Club website account, You may also contact your local Customer Service Centre or by sending us an email.
When you make a purchase or an online order, you will be rewarded with Reward Points. Generally, it is 1 RP for every RM2 spent. You can check your RPs earned from your Account on our website. RPs have no cash value and no expiry date as long as your membership is still valid and can be redeemed at any time through our website. All certificates and gift items that is available for redemption can be viewed and redeem on our website
